Refund/Return Policy

Here at Discus Emporium, customer satisfaction is important to us.

We guarantee your fish will be delivered alive and healthy. In the rare case that you do receive a perished fish, there is no need for concern. You will have the option to receive credit for the fish on a future order, or a refund for the fish. Please submit a picture of the perished fish within 24 hours of shipment arrival to claim your exchange or refund. 

In the rare case that you do receive a perished plant, there is no need for concern. You will have the option to receive credit for the plant on a future order, or a refund for the plant. Please submit a picture of the perished plant within 24 hours of shipment arrival to claim your exchange or refund. 

In the event that you receive a hardware item that becomes faulty or you are dissatisfied with, you may exchange or receive a refund if you notify us and begin the return process on the item within 15 days of arrival. You are responsible for sending the returned item back to us.

All food and medication is sold "as-is" with no return or refund policy. 

We do not refund any shipping costs.
